Bouldering at Clear Creek Canyon during this time of the year is great. Yesterday John Gass, Alex Manikowski, Ben and I went back to a problem called “Off the Books” with the hopes of finishing it. On one of my goes I was able to get my left hand on the finish hold but my foot slipped as i was matching it and fell right at the end of the problem. It was desperate but I ended up finishing and matching the hold on my last go. Few days before this climb I was able to climb another great boulder called “Recession Proof”. This one is definitely one of the best v9/10s i have done in the front range of Colorado. The rock is excellent and i love climbing compression boulders so it fit me perfect. Enjoy!
